info.
i am george hartley i am a writer, blogger and sometimes youtuber from stratford-upon-avon, warks, england. i have been interested in vintage streetwear and urban fashion for many years and, in 2017, decided to create this blog to share my ideas, thoughts and outfits with the online world

here's some answers to a couple of questions which have been posed to me so you can learn about me a little more:

(on jeans) holes or no holes?
"completely depends on the outfit. i used to rip huge holes in my jeans but i tend to leave them now"

skinny or baggy?
"usually baggy on top, skinny on bottom. opposite doesn't work, but baggy joggers are essentials as well"

adidas or nike?
"i've always been a nike man. i wear more nike footwear than adidas (i only have superstars). nike have more clothes i like as well"

trainers or boots?
"i have a much wider selection of trainers. nike, adidas, reebok. but i am partial to timberlands and i am still wearing a pair of monkey boots i bought some years back"

nineties or noughties?
"i was born in the first and grew up in the second. nineties fashion is where the majority of my style originates. but then super-skinny jeans have been about since rock and punk kicked off. definitely nineties"

cap forwards or cap back?
"i wear most of my caps backwards simply because it suits my head shape better. i have a pretty big head and a massive forehead so wearing it backwards conceals both of those issues"

2pac or biggie?
"hip hop has been a big thing for me for years. i own albums by both of them. biggie's 'juicy' is my current ringtone but 'california love' is my jam. it's a tough one but overall i'd probably say biggie pips it"

fave sport?
football. or soccer to any americans out there. i'm a huge aston villa fan and i write for the club's main fan site, the villa view. i've never really been invested in another sport but i find basketball, badminton and table tennis fun to play"

best clothes stores in your area?
"we are cow, bene culture and oasis are the best ones. in stratford, there's nothing but charity shops. you can find some real steals in cancer research's stratford branch and try oxfam and mind as well"
